Students will get to know each other as well as themselves on the first day of the ILC by participating in lessons on Personal Branding and Goal Setting.

Students will take an excursion to understand the core values of a great leader: respect, confidence, conviction, dedication, spirituality, and giving.

Students will participate in a real world simulation to help them prepare for living and working amongst people of various backgrounds .

Students will learn all about effective collaboration when we put them to the test with interactive group problem solving activities.

Students will take an excursion to learn about how differences in culture, gender, education, socioeconomic status, or race have affected people's rise to success.

On the last day of our program, students will  graduate as an Illuminate Leader. Students will hear from a dynamic speaker and receive a certificate of completion.
