The Illuminate Leadership Conference is a 6-day residential leadership program at University of Cincinnati.

This program is for rising 7th & 8th grade students that inspires them to be their optimum selves through activity, mentorship and exposure to real world principles.

Work Hard
The ILC uses social-emotional learning to challenge students and develop their leadership skills.
​
Social-emotional learning is the process through which youth acquire and effectively apply the knowledge, attitudes and skills necessary to understand and manage emotions, set and achieve positive goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain positive relationships and make responsible decisions.
Play Hard
Students will participate in ice breaker activities, professionally facilitated
classroom learning, excursions, interactive learning, and guest speakers each day.

After all of the learning, we'd like students to have an opportunity to unwind and get to know each other by hosting nightly mixers. Mixers vary from game night to movies under the stars... don't forget the Smores!
